“Obama Will Destroy America” by ERCIAN

        As I watch current events and look forward to the November elections I become more fearful of what an Obama win would do to our beloved country, the United States of America.

        Our President just unveiled a budget proposal that would increase our deficit, stunt economic growth through more regulations on businesses and higher taxes, and continue the devaluation of our dollar and our collective wealth by more quantitative easing. Instead of tightening our belt with prudent austerity measures we are increasing the debt and load our children and grandchildren will carry.

        The passing of Obama Care would do little to improve our health system. On the contrary, it would create more bureaucracy and increase costs not to mention the unconstitutionality of requiring American citizens to pay a fine should they refuse to enroll in a health plan. Furthermore, Obama and his administration attempt to trample over the religious beliefs of individuals by requiring that health organizations cover expenses for contraceptives and abortion procedures. If you happen to work for an organization that is not exempt from this requirement you are obligated to comply with Obama’s government dictate regardless of your “personal” religious beliefs. They treat “pregnancy” as an illness, something that it is not. It seems Obama’s Democratic (or mostly “Liberal”) Party is not for responsible sexual abstinence until a woman is ready to have a child, but for the promotion of promiscuity as they give women who are careless in their relationships an easy out : “Do not worry, the government (the people’s tax dollars) will pay for your abortion.”

        Obama is everywhere to be seen on a continuous campaign tour promising things and benefits to everyone, from the unemployed, to students, to people who are behind on their mortgages, just to name a few. In other words, he is trying to BUY his way into the White House for a second term. Some would call it BRIBING FOR VOTES, but I would not mind it if he were intending to pay for all these benefits out of his own pocket. Of course not, WE THE PEOPLE will be footing the bill, in many cases for some among us who were not responsible enough to buy a house they could afford or to pay tuition at a college they could afford.

        Speaking about doing things on our tax dollar, Michelle Obama and her big entourage has been touring the country on our dime. With the “Move “campaign supposedly to promote healthy eating habits, she has found a way to appear on television shows, television news, and other media on a daily basis often enlisting celebrities to promote her agenda, which by osmosis (or some other phenomenon) is the White House agenda trying to keep the Obama name front and center in the eyes and ears of the public. He is so “cool” singing, playing basketball, and just being a regular guy eating at some restaurant or giving a speech with his tie and collar undone. She works out and keeps in shape. They tweet each other on Valentine’s Day so that everyone can see what a lovely couple and fabulous people they are.

        Class warfare anyone? To try to divide Americans into a 99% group and a 1% group is a total fabrication, A BIG LIE. We do not split Americans based on their wealth. We differentiate between Americans (and people in general) based on their CHARACTER. Some of us, I would like to believe 51% or over are responsible conservative individuals who try to find a “balance” in our lives as well as in our budgets. I would also like to believe that of the remaining 49%, some are “undecided” (on the fence character wise) but there is a large enough number of irresponsible individuals, people who expect the government to provide free benefits in all areas of life without their making much of an effort in helping their country and others prosper. As long as they get something for nothing or little, their votes are for sale.

        I am also amazed Obama is all for democracy in Egypt, Lybia, Syria and other countries in the Middle East and around the world but he is blind to the plight of the Cuban people who have been suffering a criminal oppressive dictatorship for over 50 years.  It would seem he is agreeable to some of the socialist or communist philosophical values. The government is the benevolent parental figure. The government will give you everything: house, health care, education and moral values too, especially if they are of the liberal kind. You, the citizen, you, the individual, you, the child, are incapable of surviving or progressing on your own.

        That is not the American way. To be constant in your efforts, to work hard and seize the opportunities society offers in order to excel, that IS the American way.

        Obama reminds me of Fidel Castro back in 1959 and the early sixties when he came into power. Oh yes, a very popular “regular” guy. Little by little, sometimes without people realizing the freedoms they were losing, Castro and his minions destroyed Cuba. Back in the 1950’s, next to the United States and perhaps Argentina, Cuba was the most prosperous of countries in America. Look at it today. Watch the videos on You Tube. Apart from the tourist areas and the other places the government wants you to see, there are all the houses and buildings that have not been painted in 50 years, some that fall apart with a little too much rain because of structural problems that have not been corrected. There are no Home Depots over there. The whole country is a ghetto compared to what it used to be. That has not been the worst loss however. The greater loss is the loss of societal and moral values, the killing of the human spirit which the Castro machine has been able to accomplish by suppressing individual freedoms and tying the economic lives of the people to the whims of those in power.

        I am telling you all this now because it will be too late after the November election if Obama wins. There will be no remedy, no turning back. It will be too late. Obama will destroy America and much of what is good about our country and our society. Stand up and fight. Vote Republican, even if you have some doubts about the candidate that wins the nomination. Whoever he is, I am very optimistic he will put our economy and the American way of life back on track. Whoever he is, he will be a much better President that Obama has been or could be. At least, we will not become a third world country or live on the brink of default like Greece.
